1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day

You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email once your order is dispatched

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current offers

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your order in real time

6. Delayed Deliveries

gillu is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeline, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us

Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate

We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select products and locations

COD orders must be paid in full to the delivery executive at the time of delivery

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account
